Yes — every plan can be billed yearly for the price of ten months (Pro $290/year, Consultant $1,490/year). Yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal.

Oracle's open-source upgrade skill converts files you already have in a local project. SuiteMigrate works from the live account: it shows which deployed scripts still run legacy code, which ones you can actually read under your role, and which are locked in bundles — then converts the readable ones. Many teams use both; SuiteMigrate tells you what to run the skill on.
Each successful conversion request counts toward the Free quota. Failed requests that do not complete are released. Paid plans are unlimited within a fair-use ceiling of 500 conversions per 30 days.
